Part Description: An operational amplifier is a basic electronic component in many circuits that can serve a wide range of signal processing functions. As the name suggests, its most basic function is to measure a voltage difference across two inputs and amplify it to a single output based on a certain gain. Other examples of functions include signal buffers, voltage following, analog integration/differentiation, and more.
